Import the spreadsheet you already have
Map the columns, see how many records will land in the preview, then commit. Skipped rows are listed with the reason, and the whole batch can be reverted.

Enrich from LinkedIn
The Chrome extension reads the contact, title and company from the open profile and writes them to Trilato along with the experience and education history. If a required field can't be read, no half record is created.

Log outreach in one keystroke
Mark “Emailed” or “Replied” on the row. The stage moves itself and the next action date lands on the Today board.

Today board
Actions that are due, upcoming meetings, contacts awaiting a reply and the ones nobody has touched for days, in four counts. Each count opens its own filtered list.
Pipeline board
Four stages: New, Emailed, Replied, Meeting booked. Drag a card; a stage you move by hand stops being derived from dates.
Contacts table
Pick the columns you want, keep a filter set as a saved view, and assign a list, an owner or a stage to the selected rows in bulk.
Companies
Every contact belongs to a company. Sector, website and LinkedIn address live on one record and become filters on the contact list.
Reports
Outreach over time, reply rate, meeting rate and the split by sector. Every chart has the same data as a table underneath it.
Excel import and export
Upload an .xlsx, preview it, revert the batch if you need to. Download the filtered list you are looking at in the same format.
Chrome extension
Trilato for LinkedIn
It does not compete with LinkedIn's interface: it places a 28px button next to the name on the profile, and the panel opens in its own shadow DOM.
- Profile page: open the panel, check the fields, save. The experience and education history is written too.
- Every injected node carries the trlt- prefix and is style-isolated, so a LinkedIn redesign cannot bleed in.
- The extension key is only ever read in the service worker. Content scripts never see it.
The extension connects only to the Trilato address, and you approve that permission in Chrome.

Everything below is behaviour the product has today.
Workspaces
One account can belong to several workspaces. Contacts, companies and lists are separated at the workspace boundary, and every query goes through a re-checked membership record.
Roles and invites
Owner, Admin, Member. An invite link is valid for 7 days.
Per-workspace keys
An extension key is created in Settings, starts with trlt_, is shown exactly once, and can be revoked whenever you want.
Sessions
The session token is held in the database and expires after 30 days. Changing your password ends every other session.
Download your data whenever you want
Export the filtered list you are looking at, or the whole workspace, as .xlsx — in the same columns the import reads. If you decide to leave, you leave with your data.

Short answers.
Does Trilato send email?
No. Trilato records outreach, it does not send it. You send the mail where you always have, then mark the round in Trilato with one keystroke.
Where does my data live?
We run Trilato; your data lives in your workspace. Every record carries a workspaceId and every query is pinned to that workspace through a membership record, so another workspace's row is never returned to you. Download all of it as .xlsx whenever you want.
What does the extension read from LinkedIn?
Only the page open on your screen at that moment. Trilato is not a data vendor; it does not pull from a source you cannot see.
Can I undo a bad Excel import?
Yes. Each import is kept as a single batch: added records are deleted and updated ones go back to their previous values.
Is the interface Turkish?
Turkish and English. Turkish is the source language; the field names stay Firma, Yetkili and Ünvan there.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes. Invite members and give them a role; contacts, lists and saved views are shared across the workspace.
